Math Technology Account Information

Congratulations! You are Perimeter Pioneers! This is exciting! Have patience with the process! It will all come together with time! I will demonstrate in class how to access homework and other assignments prior to assigning.

Students will have access to a hard copy of the textbook in addition to the online text. Homework will still be submitted on pencil and paper, not online.

Why are we using online resources? The online textbook provides students with additional resources such as math tutorials, and tools that are otherwise unavailable at home.

How does this align with the gentle bridge? Students are being trained in class on how to access the textbook, where to locate activities, how to login, etc. While they will have access to homework on line, they will also have access to it in the book. They will not be graded on their ability to access and submit online. Pencil and paper will be where their grades will be collected.

What if my child has difficulty logging on? In the event that your child experiences technical difficulties, feel free to email me at btejeda@perimeter.org and I will take a look at the account within 24 hours. Students experiencing technical difficulties will not be penalized for late work.

Purpose: To encourage mastery of math facts through interactive experiences.
